How to use
It is recommended to take 5 level scoops (25 g) dissolved or blended in at least 250 ml of water, once or twice a day (from 25 to 50 g per day); suggested at any time as a nutritional supplement for everyone, or immediately after physical exercise to replenish. Pour the powder into the dry glass, add the water and then mix. Scoop included in the package. Close carefully after use.
