Valerian, hops, nepeta, lavender and linden promote relaxation in case of stress, while chamomile and passion flower have a relaxing action useful for promoting sleep. In addition, valerian, chamomile and lemon balm support mental well-being.
The extraction of the plants is carried out under vacuum and at low temperature to preserve all the active and nutritional principles (phytocomplex) intact; on average, 1 kg of dry extract (4:1) is obtained from 4 kg of plants.
