Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep* and alleviate the effects of jet lag**. Physio-MGO is composed of amino acids and magnesium. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. RSBS contains L-tryptophan and B vitamins. GABA-Nat is composed of medicinal plants, including lemon balm extract, which promotes relaxation and mental well-being, while valerian and passionflower promote relaxation (sleep; in cases of stress).
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
