It contains unsaturated fatty acids (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated), vitamins A, E and D.
Food supplement obtained by combining natural Arctic wild cod liver oil and lemon oil. Cod liver oil is produced in Norway.
Ingredients
Cod liver oil, lemon oil, mixed tocopherols and d-alpha (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).

How to use
The recommended daily dose is 10 ml of product during or after a meal (about one tablespoon); it provides 2 g of omega-3 fatty acids.
