Si consiglia l'assunzione di 1 stick pack al giorno sciolto in acqua, possibilmente a digiuno o 15 minuti prima dei pasti. Sciogliere il contenuto in un bicchiere d'acqua, miscelare bene e consumare subito dopo la preparazione.
