Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Water, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) herb with flowers aqueous solution, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) herb aqueous solution; stabilizer: erythritol; rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root extract tit. 3% rosavin, bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) fruit extract tit. 1% anthocyanins, feverfew [Tanacetum parthenium (L.) Sch. Bip.] herb with flowers extract tit. 0.5% parthenolides, red vine (Vitis vinifera L.) seed extract, melatonin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: sucralose.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
Shake before use. We recommend taking 10 drops daily, preferably on an empty stomach, as is or diluted in water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
