How to use
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (8 g) dissolved in hot or cold water, once or twice a day (8 to 16 g) on an empty stomach (if after meals, wait about 3 hours); mix and sweeten to taste.
If desired, the daily dose can be dissolved in a bottle of water and consumed throughout the day.
Warnings
Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Slight compaction is normal and does not affect the quality of the product.
Conservation
