Ashwagandha and rhodiola, plants with tonic-adaptogenic action, have a tonic effect on both physical and mental fatigue.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 sachets per day. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water, stirring thoroughly, and consume immediately. The possible presence of small granules in the resulting preparation is a consequence of the use of natural ingredients.
