Sunfiber (guar gum) and Bioecolians (alpha-GOS, alpha-galactooligosaccharide) are fibers with probiotic action.
Tamarind: promotes regular bowel movements. It has an emollient and soothing effect on the digestive system.
It promotes lipid and carbohydrate metabolism and normal stool volume and consistency. It also has a prebiotic effect.
Malva Sylvestris leaf dry extract: Promotes regular bowel movements and normal stool volume and consistency. It has an emollient and soothing effect on the digestive system.

Water; sweetener: erythritol; stabilizer: glycerol; Sunfiber partially hydrolyzed guar gum [Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.)Taub.], Bioecolians (alpha-GOS, alpha-galactooligosaccharide), tamarind (Tamarindus indica L.) fruit extract, mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) leaf extract 25% polysaccharides; thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, acacia gum; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural grape flavoring; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia (from Stevia rebaudiana leaves); antioxidants: lycopene, ascorbic acid, D-alpha tocopherol.

How to use
We recommend taking two single-dose stick packs daily, preferably in the evening before bedtime, without water. After taking the stick, it is recommended to drink one or two glasses of water (approximately 200 ml).
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not consume after the expiration date. Do not take if you have a known sensitivity to one or more components of the product.
