PoliAct Fluid DROPS for the synergistic peri- and sub-ungual control of the factors responsible for microbial penetration.
A significant and frequent component of tinea pedis (athlete's foot). Onychomycosis is a very common nail disease, affecting approximately 20% of the population; in patients over 60, onychomycosis reaches much higher rates, between 50 and 75%. Numerous risk factors that predispose to onychomycosis have been identified; many of these factors are characteristic of older individuals (peripheral neuropathy, ischemia, venous stasis, chronic thrombophlebitis, diabetes, hypertension, etc.). Even in young adults, the increased use of footwear with insufficient breathability, frequenting infected beaches, swimming pools, showers, etc., constitute increasing risk factors for fungal nail infections. Penetration of the fungus depends on the degree of reactivity of the dermo-epidermal tissues that make up the nail apparatus (nail bed, nail matrix, hyponychium, etc.). These conditions are frequently accompanied by nail trophism, with alterations in shape, color, and structure (onychodystrophy). The substances contained in PODATLET PoliAct DROPS act synergistically and synchronously both by controlling the level of reactivity of the skin and mucocutaneous tissues (through specific biological mechanisms), balancing the body's natural defenses against fungal penetration and proliferation; and by normalizing nail trophism. Adelmidrol regulates dermal mast cell activity; the Undecylenic Acid - Phytosphingosine - Usnic Acid - Triclosan-Bronopol complex acts as a bio-inhibitor of microbial growth, thus helping to limit the risk of onychomycosis; Biotin and Vitamin A regulate keratinocyte differentiation; Polydatin has an anti-free radical effect, and Urea counteracts nail plate thickening.

How to use
Apply a few drops of solution along the lateral nail wall, the proximal fold, and the free edge of the nail plate, ensuring the product penetrates the sub-nail area. Repeat the treatment at least twice a day.
Warnings
For external use only. The product is not recommended for individuals already sensitized to any of the ingredients in the formulation. Keep out of reach of children.
