Before physical activity: Maltodextrins are complex carbohydrates that release energy gradually and over time, providing glucose that the body will use during physical activity.
During physical activity: Fructose provides readily available energy, Magnesium also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism and, together with Potassium, contributes to normal muscle function.
After physical activity: Magnesium helps replenish water and salt losses caused by sweating. Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress induced by physical activity. Vitamin C, in amounts equal to 200 mg, in addition to the recommended daily intake, contributes to the maintenance of normal immune system function during and after intense physical activity.

How to use
For adults.
Dissolve one sachet in 500 ml of water (a 0.5-liter bottle or flask), mix/shake well. The result is a ready-to-use hypotonic energy-saline drink, ideal for both competitive and recreational physical activity. It is recommended to take Polase Sport before, during, and immediately after physical activity, in sips at regular intervals. The amount to be consumed depends on the duration and intensity of the physical effort. It is recommended not to exceed 3 sachets per day.
The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
