Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Take one stick every 50 minutes of activity, as needed, up to a maximum of 5 per day. For particularly intense or prolonged activities, it is recommended to follow the intake of the product with a large glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose. Contains caffeine (189 mg/5 sticks). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Avoid exposure to heat and sunlight. The best before date applies to products stored properly in their original packaging. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
