Avena Bowl enriches your breakfast with all the taste of whole oats and buckwheat flavored with many seeds such as sunflower, pumpkin, sesame , chia, hemp and blue poppy. No added sugars (naturally contains sugars) and gluten-free.

Quick and easy to prepare in just 2 minutes, just pour 4 heaped tablespoons (about 50g) into a bowl and add 125 ml of boiling water, milk or vegetable drink, let it rest for 2 minutes, and enjoy hot. If you like, add: fresh fruit, coconut, avocado.
Oat Bowl can also be a perfect base for a tasty savoury bowl by adding for example low-fat cheese, eggs and vegetables.
