Natural supplement based on griffonia (titrated at 93% in 5-hydroxytryptophan), hawthorn, Californian poppy, passionflower, poppy and vitamin B6.
Ingredients
Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) tit. 93% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha) tit. 1.5% in isovitexin, escolzia (Eschscholtzia californica) tit. 0.35% in protopine, passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) tit. 5% vitexin, poppy (Papaver rhoeas) eg, vitamin B6.

How to use
Take 50-150 drops throughout the day, as needed.
Alternatively, take 50-100 drops half an hour before bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
