Sweet fennel ( Foeniculum vulgare Mill. , fruits) dry extract titrated at 0.5% in essential oil, vegetable capsule (hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose), Carrot seeds ( Ceratonia siliqua L. ) powder, Caraway ( Carum carvi L. , fruits) dry extract, Green anise ( Pimpinella anisum L. , fruits) dry extract, Coriander ( Coriandrum sativum L. , fruits) dry extract, Fructo-OligoSaccharides (FOS), caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Sweet fennel essential oil ( Foeniculum vulgare Mill. ), Caraway essential oil ( Carum carvi L. ), Cinnamon essential oil ( Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume ).

How to use
It is recommended to take two capsules of the product per day, to be swallowed with a little water, after main meals.
