Vitamin B6 and B12 support energy metabolism.
Magnesium, vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin D3, calcium, zinc and magnesium are useful for maintaining healthy bones.
Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function.
Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.

Ingredients
Tribasic calcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, Dioscorea villosa rhizome extract tit. 20% diosgenin, horsetail arvense herb extract tit. 10% silica, red clover pratense herb extract tit. 20% isoflavones, hydroxypropylcellulose, zinc gluconate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; colouring: iron oxide; mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, talc, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) extract tit. 0.1%, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
