Magnesium gluconate (magnesium), honey, water, magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium), natural flavor.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Shake the bottle well before use.
Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cup provided.
Take before main meals.
