Description
SAMEFAST UP: Food supplement. A complex of folic acid, vitamin B12, and S-adenosyl-L-methionine, indicated for all cases of decreased intake or increased need for these nutrients. Folic acid and vitamin B12 help maintain normal psychological function, reduce tiredness and fatigue, and contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal energy-yielding metabolism.
MELATONINA SYSTEM: a melatonin-based dietary supplement. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination. Sleep: to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

How to use
SAMEFAST UP: it is recommended to take 1 tablet per day away from meals, to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
MELATONIN SYSTEM: we recommend taking 1 tablet per day.
