GLUTEN FREE Supplement of omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA).
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and to the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart and to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels.
Ingredients
Concentrated fish oil. Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate). Lemon essential oil. Softgel: bovine gelatin, glycerol, water.
Recommended dose
1 capsule per day (Cardiac function). 2 capsules per day (Brain function and vision). 3 capsules per day to maintain normal blood triglyceride levels. It is recommended to take the capsules with meals.
Average quantities per daily dose
Average quantities per dose of one capsule: Bidistilled fish oil 1100 mg, of which EPA 440 mg, DHA 220 mg, Vitamin E 8.71 mg.
Warnings
The beneficial effect on normal brain function and vision is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. The beneficial effect on normal cardiac function is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. The beneficial effect on the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA. Do not exceed the additional daily intake of 5 g of EPA and DHA in combination.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. This product is not to be considered as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
