Furthermore, the product can also be taken during the day to promote relaxation, thanks to the synergy of all the plants present and the reduction of tension, restlessness and irritability, thanks to lemon balm. Being relaxed during the day helps prepare the body for night rest.
The extracts contained in the product are obtained through an exclusive technological extraction process, called LPME (Liquid-Phase Microextraction).

How to use
