Description
Food supplement based on chaste tree, dioscorea, griffonia, soy, magnesium, melatonin.
Property
-Melatonin: regulates the sleep-wake cycle.
-Agnocasto: modulates the production of pituitary hormones. Regulates the ovulatory system in the presence of amenorrhea, improving neurovegetative disorders (hot flashes) in menopause.
-Soy isoflavones: act on hot flashes. They reproduce the activity of estrogens, which are significantly reduced in menopause.
-Magnesium: contributes to a muscle relaxant action. It has a relaxing and calming action and reduces the excitability of nerves and muscles.
-Dioscorea: acts on vaginal dryness. Helps normalize the estrogen-progesterone ratio when insufficient.
-Griffonia: produces a beneficial action on serotonin levels. Contains 5-HTP (hydroxytryptophan), a precursor of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that manages our psycho-emotional state.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 Day sachet and 1 Night sachet per day.
