How to use
The daily dosage can be adapted to each individual case based on the degree of obesity.
The average dosage is 3-4 tablets per day. Start by taking one tablet half an hour before lunch and dinner for the first 3 days, then increase to 3-4 tablets per day, divided before main meals (example: 1 tablet at 7:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm, and 7:00 pm). In cases of moderate to severe obesity, you can start with 3-4 tablets per day. Once you reach your ideal weight, reduce to 1-2 tablets per day for a maintenance period, depending on your doctor's advice. For young people over 12 years old, 2 tablets per day are sufficient.

Warnings
This product does not replace a varied diet. It should be used as part of an appropriate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If this diet is followed for prolonged periods, exceeding 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
