Hawthorn contributes to the regular functioning of the cardiovascular system, relaxation and mental well-being, has an antioxidant action and promotes regular blood pressure. Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and normal cardiac function. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Water, hawthorn glycerine extract [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC. - flos/folium), lime glycerine extract (Tilia cordata Mill. - flos), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate; flavouring, melatonin; acidity regulator: citric acid; sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
