Description
Energy hydro-saline food supplement developed to obtain a hypotonic mixture, with carbohydrates and electrolytes (mineral salts). The solution maintains resistance performance during prolonged physical exercise and increases water absorption during physical activity, for optimal hydration.
The SH complex, characterized by new generation carbohydrates (highly branched cyclic dextrins and DE1 maltodextrin), allows for a differentiated, rapid and gradual release of energy.
The presence of B vitamins and vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, vitamin C), normal cardiac function (thiamine), normal red blood cell formation (vitamin B6) and the protection of cells from oxidative stress (vitamin C). Sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium are balanced for optimal electrolyte replacement.

How to use
Dissolve 1 dose (1 heaped measuring spoon = 25 g) in approximately 500 ml of water.
Take at regular intervals of 15-20 minutes. It is preferable not to exceed the maximum dose of 75 g total of powder, equal to approximately 3 bottles of solution, except in exceptional cases, such as competitions or occasional very long training sessions.
