TEMEX® Emulgel

Medical device based on Uviox, Escin, Centella, Heparin, Diosmin, Hesperidin, Bromelain.

TEMEX® Emulgel is a medical device useful in the dermofunctional treatment of cases of venous-lymphatic stasis (breast turgidity).
Indicated in the treatment of the sensation of swelling and fatigue of the limbs, in localized swellings due to alterations of an inflammatory or traumatic nature (bruises, sprains, hematomas or inflammation of the tendon sheaths), in edematous panniculopathy (cellulite).

Edema is the consequence of venous or lymphatic stasis or derives from an allergic, inflammatory or infectious process.

Localized edemas mainly affect the lower limbs, hands and/or face. They can be caused by blood or lymph stagnation due to an obstruction in the vessel that prevents normal flow. They are generally associated with: muscle, bone or joint trauma (accidental or sports), varicose veins, inflammation, infections, chilblains, cellulitis or other soft tissue infections.

Inflammatory edema causes pain spontaneously and on palpation, redness, heat and swelling (symptoms of inflammation).
Uviox is an active ingredient obtained from the bioliquefaction of fresh red grape pomace, selected among the richest in biophenols and from certified organic farming. It ensures a high antioxidant power thanks to the high solubility in water and the stability of the biophenols that compose it. They improve microcirculation by counteracting the stagnation of liquids and the lack of oxygenation that progressively leads to the alteration of the connective and elastic structure of the tissue.
Escin is a mixture of saponins, substances with anti-inflammatory, vasoprotective and vasoconstrictor properties.
Centella asiatica (or Hydrocotyle asiatica) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to India and Madagascar. The triterpene saponins (asiaticoside, asiatic acid and madecassoside) that the leaves are rich in are useful for preventing and treating venous insufficiency and therefore the swelling and heaviness in the legs and ankles that result from it, but also pain in the veins, night cramps and hemorrhoids.
Heparin is a glycosaminoglycan naturally produced by our body and capable of performing various functions, one of the most important being that of preventing local thrombotic phenomena.
Diosmin is a molecule of plant origin and is a bioflavonoid with tonic, anti-inflammatory and protective properties for blood vessels.
Hesperidin is a bioflavonoid found mainly in citrus fruits, it is believed that hesperidin can promote the proper functioning of blood vessels.
Bromelain is a substance found in pineapple known for its anti-inflammatory properties.

How to use
Apply an adequate amount to the areas to be treated two or more times a day, massaging gently until completely absorbed.
