TONIMER ISOTONIC SPRAY 300
Description
Sterile isotonic seawater solution with a slightly alkaline pH, indicated for removing and thinning nasal mucus in cases of dry mucous membranes and colds, promoting more comfortable breathing. It contains no preservatives, and the propellant (air) is not dispensed as it does not come into contact with the product, thus reducing the possibility of allergic reactions.
The product is indicated:
- in the TONIMER ISOTONIC SPRAY NORMAL and TONIMER ISOTONIC SPRAY STRONG presentations for adults;
- in the presentation TONIMER ISOTONIC SPRAY SOFT for adults with hypersensitive mucous membranes;
- in the presentation TONIMER ISOTONIC BABY SPRAY for newborns and children.
The presence of a non-return valve and a bag that isolates the solution:
- guarantees sterility;
- allows you to rotate the bottle in any direction (360°);
- prevents mucus from being drawn into the bottle.
How to use
Wash hands before use.
1. After removing the cap, children capable of using the product independently (with adult supervision) can use the product by holding the canister at any angle. However, it is recommended to stand over the sink, tilt your head to one side, and insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. Press the nozzle for the time required for the product to come out. Repeat the same procedure with the other nostril.
2. For infants and children requiring adult assistance: lie on one side, insert the dispenser into the upper nostril, and press for the prescribed length of time. Then lie on the other side and repeat the same procedure with the other nostril.
3. After each use, always wash and dry the dispenser and close the package with the appropriate cap.
DELIVERY TIMES AND FREQUENCY OF USE
- TONIMER ISOTONIC SPRAY NORMAL (adults): Press the dispenser for 1-2 seconds per nostril. We recommend 2-3 applications per day, 3-4 hours apart, for 15 days or as directed by your doctor.
- TONIMER ISOTONIC SPRAY SOFT (adults): Press the dispenser for 5 seconds per nostril. We recommend 2-3 applications per day, 3-4 hours apart, for 15 days or as directed by your doctor.
- TONIMER ISOTONIC SPRAY STRONG (adults): press the dispenser for 1 second per nostril. We recommend 2-3 applications per day, 3-4 hours apart, for 15 days or as directed by your doctor.
- TONIMER ISOTONIC BABY SPRAY (infants and children): press the dispenser for 5 seconds per nostril. We recommend 2-3 applications per day, 3-4 hours apart, for 15 days or as directed by your doctor.
Warnings
Nasal use. For personal use only. Do not use if the bottle appears damaged. Do not use after the expiration date. The expiration date applies to the intact and properly stored product. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, do not use the product. In rare cases, temporary burning of the mucous membranes or slight nasal bleeding may occur during use, without compromising the safety and efficacy of the product. TONIMER ISOTONIC SPRAY STRONG (strong spray) should not be used by infants and children unless otherwise advised by a doctor. It is not recommended for adults with particularly sensitive nasal mucosa and nosebleeds. If you experience any side effects, discontinue use, consult your doctor, and inform the manufacturer. If symptoms persist after completing treatment, consult your doctor. There are no contraindications related to the use of the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For infants, use the product only under the advice of a pediatrician. The administration of inhaled drugs and medical devices simultaneously with the product must be carried out under the supervision of a physician who can evaluate possible interactions. In the event of serious incidents occurring in connection with the administration of one of the products in the TONIMER ISOTONIC SPRAY line, report the incident to the manufacturer, the Italian Ministry of Health, or the competent authority of the EU Member State or country in which the product was used. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with water. Keep the product out of the reach and sight of children. Dispose of the device responsibly after use.
