Description
Vitamin and mineral supplement with spirulina and plant extracts of nettle and horsetail. Cystine and methionine are essential components of keratin, the building block of hair and nails. Biotin, selenium, and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, while copper promotes normal pigmentation. Vitamin D and iron participate in the process of cell division. Vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin, and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Suitable for vegetarians.

How to use
1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably during one of the main meals.
