A dietary supplement containing tryptophan, herbs, and other nutrients. In particular, vitamins B3 and B6, along with magnesium, contribute to the functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Ingredients
Tryptophan (from fermentation), dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium glycerophosphate, microcrystalline cellulose°, gum arabic°, silicon dioxide°°, SAMe (S-adenosyl methionine disulfate tosylate), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), activated vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), magnesium stearate of vegetable origin°°.

How to use
It is recommended to take 4 tablets once or twice a day at any time (4 to 8 tablets per day).
If desired, the entire daily dose (8 tablets) can be taken in a single solution in the evening before going to sleep.
