AEROSOL THERAPY TUBE
Medical device:Class I when used as general air hoses.
Class IIA if used as tubes for aerosol devices.
Designed to connect air sources to nebulizer bottles or centralized systems. The device consists of a 1.5 m long F/F tube and two universal adapters for connecting the air source to nebulizer bottles or centralized systems.
How to use
Cleaning
The tube and adapters can be washed in hot water using a little non-abrasive detergent and rinsed under running water. Before storing, the tube and adapters should be dried externally and allowed to drip dry until the inside is dry. Any residual moisture in the tube and adapters must be removed before use to prevent water from penetrating the tube into the appliance's motor and damaging it.
Disinfection
The tube and adapters, after being washed, can be immersed in a cold disinfectant solution (such as a 5.25% sodium hypochlorite solution), following the manufacturer's instructions (be careful to read the warnings and check that the disinfectant solution is compatible with the material the tube is made of).
