To try to adapt the correct quantity of ingredients to the intensity of the discomfort experienced by each woman, Valdispert Menopause Day&Night tablets are designed to be divided into two parts, thanks to the pre-cut line that therefore allows the administration to be modulated as needed.
The two formulations share three components, recommended for 24-hour use: phytoestrogens from red clover extract mimic the regulatory effects of female estrogen, counteracting hot flashes, while Vitis vinifera is known for its anti-aging properties. Magnesium combats fatigue, stabilizes mood, and helps maintain bone structure.
The day formula (white tablets) also features mate extract, which aids weight control and has an energizing effect.
The night formula (pink tablets) contains melatonin, which, when taken before bed, helps you sleep.

How to use
For pre-menopausal disorders: 1/2 tablet of the day formula (white color) in the morning and 1/2 tablet of the night formula (pink color) in the evening just before going to bed.
For menopausal symptoms: 1 day formula tablet (white) in the morning and 1 night formula tablet (pink) in the evening just before going to bed.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take during pregnancy.
The product should be used as part of an appropriate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, exceeding 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Conservation
Store at room temperature (not above 25°C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product when stored correctly and in its intact packaging.
