Thanks to its protective action and its ability to help restore the (physiological) epidermal barrier, it can be used on the face and body. In the presence of skin alterations resulting from radiotherapy and chemotherapy, such as EGF-R receptor inhibitors, the ointment should be applied avoiding direct contact with the eyes and internal mucous membranes. It is useful for skin irritation and dermatitis from radiotherapy, especially if characterized by redness, burning, itching, sunburn, and folliculitis. Thanks to its barrier effect, it protects and hydrates the irritated and reddened area, thus promoting the restoration of the normal balance and integrity of the epidermal barrier. It provides an immediate sensation of relief.
HOW TO USE AND USE
Apply a thin layer until completely absorbed, to the affected skin area, once or more times a day, as needed. In cases of radiation or chemotherapy treatment, it is recommended to apply a thin layer the evening before the session. Repeat application after each radiation or chemotherapy treatment, unless otherwise directed or advised by your doctor.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
External use only on intact skin. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Store at room temperature, away from heat sources; do not refrigerate. Do not use after the expiration date shown on the package. Do not use if the package is opened or damaged. If you experience intolerance to any of the ingredients or other adverse effects, discontinue use and consult your doctor if necessary. Read the instructions for use carefully.
