How to use
Pour boiling water into a cup, immerse the filter and leave it to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
To prevent the loss of the precious volatile elements, it's best to cover the cup with a saucer. Sweeten if desired, preferably with honey. It's recommended to drink it in the evening or whenever needed. It can also be consumed cold, as it retains all its properties.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
