VitaCalm Tutta Notte is in double-release fast/retard tablets to induce sleep and maintain it all night, reducing night-time awakenings. The two-layer fast/retard technology allows, in fact, a gradual absorption of the plant ingredients and a better use by the body. Lavender, Valerian, Californian Poppy and Melatonin, contained in the first rapid-release layer, promote sleep.
