Ingredients
Mixture of live lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria: Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum*, Bifidobacterium infantis*, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus**; maltose; flavouring and silicon dioxide.

**Recently reclassified as Lactobacillus helveticus
How to use
The recommended dose is 1-2 sticks per day.
The recommended daily dose may be varied at the discretion of the doctor.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product contains live lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria, sensitive to heat: it is therefore recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or sudden changes in temperature, to store it in a dry place, away from light and at a refrigerated temperature. The product, as a food supplement, should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Side effects
There are no reported side effects due to ingestion. In some cases, abdominal swelling may occur in the first few days of taking the product, especially if the diet is rich in carbohydrates and fats. This effect is transitory.
Conservation
It must be kept at refrigerated temperature (2°- 8°C) and away from light. The product can however be stored for a week at room temperature (maximum: 25°C) without undergoing significant alterations in the number of viable bacteria. The minimum shelf life indicated on the package refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging.
