Description
Melatonin-based dietary supplement useful for reducing the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Enriched with plant extracts of Withania somnifera and Californian poppy to promote relaxation, passionflower for mental well-being, and hops as a relaxant to promote sleep and combat stress. The latter extract also has a positive effect on digestive function.

Ingredients
Demineralized water, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., leaf extract, maltodextrin) tit. 3.5% in flavonoids, California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham., root extract, maltodextrin) tit. 0.35% in protopine, glycerol, Withania somnifera [Withania sominfera (L.) Dunal., root extract, maltodextrin] tit. 2.5% in withanolides, hops (Humulus lupulus L., strobilus extract, maltodextrin) tit. 0.4% in rutin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; sorbic acid, flavouring, melatonin, citric acid.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 ml per day (equal to 22 drops) dissolved in a little water, in the evening, half an hour before going to bed.
Shake the bottle before use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This product is contraindicated in the presence of known allergies to one or more of its components.
