Konjac rice 900g cooked 200g dry
Description
Traditional Japanese rice-shaped pasta obtained from the konjac tuber, an Asian plant. Konjac flour contains a precious dietary fiber, glucomannan. Given the absence of carbohydrates, it is highly recommended for ketogenic and low-carb diets, as well as for diabetics. In addition, the very high fiber content has many other health benefits, including cholesterol control and the stimulation of intestinal transit.
Ingredients
Konjac flour (18%), tapioca starch, acidity regulators: citric acid, calcium hydroxide.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Pour the rice into boiling water and cook for at least 12 minutes. You can leave it longer because it does not overcook. Drain and rinse well under boiling water. Sauté the rice in a pan with the desired seasoning.
Conservation
